The wide range of foreign clients who come from Malaysia, Singapore, Korea, the United States, England, China, Taiwan, and so on, requires him to nurture an open mind and cultural adaptation to form harmonious collaboration. Consequently, he now has a sustainable network of clients and partners.

His ambitious vision is to develop Vilai Viet to become a sustainable company, ultimately bringing happiness to all its members. 

Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung is our Deputy General Director in charge of tendering and budgeting. With his excellent expertise, proper strategies and many years of experience working in several state and private companies, he has led Vilai Viet in winning valuable bidding packages. Under his supervision, the technical team and tenders frequently offer value engineering solutions that directly optimize customers' budgets, schedules, and quality.

Combining a large network of suppliers and professionals, he frequently advises clients on how to maximize their material and equipment selections. 

Mr. Nguyen Minh Chung is our Deputy General Director in charge of technical and planning management. He has years of experience in managing sites that demand international quality throughout Vietnam, in various sectors such as high-rise and low-rise civil engineering, heavy and light industrial engineering, and infrastructural engineering.

Aiming to ensure that the resources are optimized and planned properly, he works dedicatedly in every single construction to control technical quality and promote value engineering solutions for the customers.

Mr Kong Shin Pyo is the former Chief Representative of Hyundai E&C Vietnam. He has over 35+ years of experience working on international projects with famous partners from all over the world. Having been in Vietnam for over a decade, Mr Kong will use his in-depth knowledge of the technical issues and the Vietnamese market to create strategies to develop the company and offer valuable solutions for each customer.

Mr Mok Teck Heng has over 30+ years of experience as the project director of various big projects in Singapore and Vietnam like Courtyard by Marriott Halong Bay, Ha Noi Hilton West, Robertson Quay Hotel, etc. Starting his career as an MEP expert, Mr Mok has gained experience in technical and project management positions from international design & management consultant firms.

With his extensive professional knowledge, he always provides effective MEP solutions for customers and supports to lead projects to success.
