Make 2025 a Turning Point for Vilai Viet

2024 marked remarkable milestones in the journey of sustainable development of Vilai Viet. We were awarded several projects with the trust of many FDI investors, competed in a competition for ESG, welcomed new expats on board, etc. All of these achievements promise to lead Vilai Viet to a new success, make 2025 become the Turning Point for the company.

The theme for Vilai Viet's YEP 2024 was "Turning Point". In the meaningful opening speech, Mr. Kieu Ngoc Thanh - General Director of Vilai Viet explained specifically the meaning of the word, as well as the target Vilai Viet is aiming for. This is the message that BOD wants to send to each employee of the company, as well as a reminder for further effort in 2025. The full speech is as below:

"Good evening, everyone!

It is both an honor and a pleasure to stand before you tonight as we gather for our Annual Dinner. This evening is not just a celebration of our achievements over the past year, but also a time for us to reflect on the journey ahead. As we look to the future, I want to take a moment to share our key theme for 2025: “TURNING POINT.”

 “TURNING POINT” represents a pivotal moment in our company’s journey. It signifies a transition towards new opportunities, fresh ideas, and a renewed commitment to our core values. 2025 is a year when we can embrace change, innovate our practices, and enhance the impact we have on our clients and our community. This is the time we consider how Vilai Viet can turn challenges into opportunities - how Vilai Viet can transform itself, looking towards the future with courage, optimism, and resilience. Don't limit our challenges, but challenge your limits.

At the heart of this journey is our company culture, the foundation of vision, and sustainable development. The corporate culture that Vilai Viet aims for is not a formality but must be a solid foundation for each activity, connecting all company personnel together. Vilai Viet’s culture fuels individual creativity, challenges each individual's limits, inspires aspirations and nurtures each person's development.
