Investor Phu My Hung visited Vilai Viet's projects Gamuda Yen So and The Phoenix Tu Son

In April 2022, investor Phu My Hung visited two of Vilai Viet's constructions. During this trip, the representatives of Phu My Hung showed great gratification for our work, open to a new cooperation opportunity.

On the 20th of April 2022, Vilai Viet was very pleased to welcome reputed investor Phu My Hung to our project The Phoenix in Tu Son, Bac Ninh. On this project, Vilai Viet was the main contractor executing the package of constructing the substructure, superstructure, and exterior finishing for the entire 55 units of shophouses.

At the time of the visit, we had just finished the superstructure work and begun the finishing period. It was an honour for us that the project immediately impressed our visitors. Investor Phu My Hung was delighted to figure out that this project was executed by our unremitting efforts when constructing during the peak period of the Covid-19 pandemic which led to the shortage of labour force for the construction field. Despite that, we still maintained our work and then gloriously received the certificate of merit for finishing the superstructure work ahead the schedule. Gratifying our performance, Phu My Hung decided to spend another whole day getting to our other projects in the Gamuda urban area, Ha Noi. 

A day later, Phu My Hung arrived at the Gamuda Gardens project in Yen So, Ha Noi, in which we had executed many packages: construction of a high-rise building (including foundation work), construction of over 500 units of terraced house, and numerous infrastructural works (clubhouse, road, water treatment station, electric power system, entrance gate, hardscape…).

This is the iconic project of Vilai Viet with our loyal customer Gamuda Land who has trusted and awarded us more than 20 packages so far. Thus, we did not only show Phu My Hung the construction performance but also the indisputable proof of why our customers tend to award us again with their projects just after the first cooperation.

The visit ended well in a joyful atmosphere and the satisfaction of our client Phu My Hung, promising a first collaboration between Phu My Hung and Vilai Viet in the near future.
