Vilai Viet organized a meaningful team-building event in 2023

On 9-10/12/2023, all members of Vilai Viet were accompanied to join a meaningful Team-Building trip at Ninh Binh. During this event, they participated in The Amazing Race version of Vilai Viet and enjoyed a vibrant outdoor party along with many other meaningful activities.

People are one of the most important factors that Vilai Viet focus on. We believe that having a united team allows the company to operate smoothly and develop sustainably. Therefore, Vilai Viet always tries our best to create the best conditions to connect members of the company.

With an 8-hour work day, there are many occasions when Vilai Viet employees interact with each other. However, solidarity is not achieved only by working together a lot. It is also built through everyday moments, through relaxing activities without pressure, especially for a construction company with employees scattered across projects like Vilai Viet.

This is the main reason why despite a year of economic difficulties, Vilai Viet constantly organized various trips for our employees.

On December 9 and 10, the Vilai Viet group had the opportunity to visit Ninh Binh together. During this trip, our members participated in challenges together in the Cuc Phuong forest, experienced relaxation at Wyndham Resort and had fun at the Gala Dinner.

The company is not a family, but you can find a family in the company. After this team-building trip, hopefully, our members will understand each other better and have a lot of memorable memories to become more united.
