When every project becomes a common lesson

Build on the lessons the team has learned and remain persistent in the face of challenges. From the construction site to the office, Vilai Viet periodically organizes Lesson Learned sessions with the participation of site managers and engineers of many projects. Participants will share their experience in doing the project, construction management experience, difficulties, and solutions implemented during the design and build process.

For Vilai Viet, every experience is an opportunity to learn and improve, not only for individuals but also for the collective. Lesson Learned sessions help transform what each person learned after finishing their project into collective knowledge, strengthening the capacity of the whole team. This is also the time for members to look back at the good points they have promoted, the shortcomings they need to improve, and develop new implementation plans from the diverse perspectives of colleagues.
