In recognition of these successes, in YEP 2025, the General Director of Vilai Viet Contractor gave a speech to share the company's 2026 orientations.
Continuing to apply ESG sustainable development standards, 2026 is oriented to be the pivotal year of Vilai Viet, turning the impact of milestones into sustainable values that contribute to the seamless development of the general contractor.
Next-generation contractor with a sustainable development orientation
Vilai Viet aims to be the next-generation general contractor with a focus on sustainable development. The general contractor pursues the spirit of innovation in every aspect of its operation: combining the energy and initiative of the young engineering team with the experience from expats, creating a disciplined, flexible and consistent organization. The ultimate goal is not only to complete the project, but also to build an environment where each member can develop with the business for a long time. Therefore, besides the goal of business development, Vilai Viet's sustainable development orientation is towards both value for customers, communities and teams.
13 years of establishment, 13 years of continuous growth through each project, from a local contractor flourishing to a reputable Design & Construction contractor. By 2025, the two projects of Lite-On Quang Ninh Phase 01 and Gamuda Land The Ambience mark an important turning point, demonstrating Vilai Viet's clear progress in operating and implementing large-scale projects.
Following the momentum from those milestones, Vilai Viet has identified 2026 as a pivotal year, focusing on building a foundation for sustainable acceleration in the following years, with significant changes in organization and governance.
First of all, Vilai Viet continues to integrate ESG sustainability standards into business activities, maintaining programs for the community such as Where Forest Returns, Run for the Heart, and volunteer activities. In addition, internal training programs will also be promoted to strengthen the professional foundation, create conditions for personnel to develop their competencies according to their roles and long-term orientations.
The key change in 2026 lies in governance. In collaboration with Ernst & Young (EY Vietnam), Vilai Viet will implement the restructuring of the human resource management system, clearly planning the roles of each position to optimize the operation process, help the project run more smoothly, improve the capacity of the management level and develop the expertise of the implementation level.
Achieving Personal Milestones to Drive Collective Growth
"When each individual achieves their development goals, the company's goals will also be accomplished." This is the message of Vilai Viet's General Director, Mr. Kieu Ngoc Thanh, at the Year-End Party 2025 of the company.
With a core force of young engineers, Vilai Viet always strives to build a positive cultural environment for members. Everyone is encouraged to dare, to take responsibility, and be given the opportunity to grow through each project. Through the restructuring plan in 2026, roles for each position will be clarified, competencies will be standardized according to each stage of development, and internal training programs will also be strengthened. When each individual progresses one level in terms of expertise and coordination, the project operates more smoothly, the quality and safety are improved, and the business will have more foundation to achieve bigger goals in the future.
Despite implementing many changes, Vilai Viet's ultimate goal is still towards sustainable development with our staff.
