Cooperates with universities to nourish a young generation of engineers

In cooperation with the University of Transport and Communications within the framework of the career guidance program for students, Vilai Viet has jointly implemented activities to visit construction sites, creating opportunities for students to better understand construction activities in reality.

In early May 2026, within the framework of an experimental program for students organized by the University of Transport and Communications, Vilai Viet coordinated with teachers to organize site visits for nearly 100 future engineers at the 03 projects ParkCity, Booyoung, and Lite-On Quang Ninh.

Students had the opportunity to directly observe the construction work, learn about technical measures and the process of implementing a project. Besides, they also listened to and shared experiences from their own seniors, who used to be construction students, now confidently become engineers leading the project, thereby understanding more about the industry, the profession, and their future development orientation.

Vilai Viet is positioned as a next-generation contractor with a sustainable orientation. With mostly young employees, we understand that capacity building for future engineers is essential for the development process. From 2025, Vilai Viet has coordinated with many universities in Hanoi to implement programs to support the training of construction students, such as Vilai Viet Future Fund, Engineer Trainee etc. Through these activities, Vilai Viet hopes to contribute to inspiring and accompanying future young engineers to develop sustainable capacity.
