Industrial Centre Dong Mai officially started construction

On March 23rd, the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Industrial Centre Dong Mai occurred with the participation of Vilai Viet, representatives of the Investor Frasers Property, partners and distinguished guests. 

Industrial Centre Dong Mai is a new project in which Vilai Viet cooperate with the world-famous investor Frasers Property as a main contractor. This is a factory-for-rent complex following eco-sustainable standards in Dong Mai Industrial Park in Quang Yen, Quang Ninh.

On March 23rd, Vilai Viet organized a Groundbreaking ceremony to officially start constructing the project. The event had the participation of the Vilai Viet Board of Directors, the Directors of Frasers Property, the General Director of VDL Groep, and many other distinguished guests from the government, the industrial park and partners.

Many activities were arranged to celebrate this special milestone like lion dance, performances, etc. Together, the guests had shovelled the sand to wish for good luck and a smooth construction process. 

Industrial Centre Dong Mai was already chosen by VDL Groep to be the destination of their first semiconductor chip factory in Vietnam. With modern ready-built factories & warehouses, it is believed to become the location for many other famous companies from all over the world.
