Vilai Viet became the general contractor for world-famous investor Frasers Property

At the beginning of 2024, Vilai Viet continues to win a bidding package from another world-famous investor Frasers Property. The Industrial Centre is located at Dong Mai Industrial Park and is the first semiconductor chip factory of VDL Groep in Vietnam.

In March 2024, Vilai Viet and Frasers Property Vietnam officially signed the contract for the construction of the Dong Mai Industrial Centre (phase 1) at Quang Yen, Quang Ninh. This is a factory-for-rent complex with a total acreage of 71,000 m2.

Frasers Property is a worldwide group famous for high-quality real estate projects and high-caliber partners. With designs that meet specific requirements for eco certificates and LEED, Frasers Property Vietnam expects to create green and sustainable industrial parks in Vietnam.

The Dong Mai Industrial Centre is one of their key projects in the effort to create ready-built and build-to-suit factories adjusted specifically for each client’s needs while still preserving eco-friendly factors. More special, the famous Dutch VDL Groep will also place its first semiconductor chip factory here, marking a new milestone for the worldwide group development in Vietnam.

In this project, Vilai Viet is the main contractor who will be responsible for piling works, structure works, infrastructure, landscape, finishing works, and MEPF. The Dong Mai Industrial Project (phase 1) is expected to finish in the 4th quarter of 2024.
