A New Milestone with Lite-On Quang Ninh Factory Design

Lite-On is an investor from Taiwan specializing in producing Internet of Energy (IoE), semiconductors, automotive electronics, etc. The new factory of Lite-On in Vietnam is located in Song Khoai Industrial Zone, with Vilai Viet as the Design contractor.

The Lite-On Quang Ninh Factory has a total acreage of 300,000 m². This facility will serve as Lite-On’s headquarters in Vietnam, consisting of four main sections: two manufacturing plants, an office building, and an MEP facility.

This is the second time Vilai Viet collaborated with Lite-On. The first project was the construction of Lite-On Hai Phong Factory. Taking on the design for such a large-scale project - one of the most extensive in Vietnam’s current market - Vilai Viet’s engineering team sees this as an opportunity to enhance our expertise and solidify our position in the industry.

After months of close collaboration with strategic partners such as Takenaka, IBST BIM, Kinden, and DP Plus, the final design has been successfully completed, fully aligned with the investor’s vision and meeting all technical and functional standards.

The project is designed to achieve LEED Silver certification, demonstrating a commitment to sustainable construction. Additionally, BIM technology has been integrated into the design phase, laying the groundwork for optimized project management in the later stages.

This marks not only a significant milestone for Vilai Viet but also a strong foundation for the company to take on even greater challenges in the future.
