Leadership Team in Taiwan: Learning from international practice

In October 2025, as part of the company’s Annual Development Program, the leadership team of Vilai Viet embarked on a study tour to Taiwan, creating opportunities for members to gain a deeper understanding of local culture and working environments.

More than just a study trip, the program offered valuable insights into culture, people, and international cooperation, laying an important foundation for Vilai Viet’s sustainable development direction.

During the visit, the team met with key clients, visited their headquarters, and learned about their operational systems, quality control processes, and organizational structures. Alongside these professional exchanges, the delegation also took time to experience local culture and traditions, deepening their understanding of Taiwanese partners and their business practices.

Taiwan is one of Vilai Viet’s key markets, home to several major industrial partners. This study tour allowed the management team to gain multi-dimensional perspectives on workplace culture, management styles, and collaboration models, shaping clearer strategies for future cooperation and enhancing Vilai Viet’s partnership capabilities.
