At the Year-End Party 2025, Vilai Viet organized an employee recognition ceremony to honor outstanding team members from various departments and projects, with diverse award categories. The award recipients were nominated by their colleagues, evaluated by department heads, and officially reviewed and approved by the company’s leadership team.

In 2025, Vilai Viet recognized individuals in the following categories:

• 5-Year Commitment Award: Honoring employees who have dedicated five years of service to Vilai Viet.
• 10-Year Commitment Award: Recognizing employees who have devoted ten years to the company’s journey.
• Talented Personnel of the Year: Celebrating individuals who demonstrated exceptional performance and achievements throughout 2025.
• Generational Heritage Award: Honoring families with multiple generations working alongside Vilai Viet - a testament to strong bonds and values passed down over time.
• The Kick-off Hero Award: Recognizing those who are present at the frontline of every project, laying the foundation from the very first days of project mobilization.

Alongside the commitment appreciation awards, Vilai Viet has organized employee recognition activities since 2023 with the aim of encouraging the entire team to strive and grow together. To date, this has become an annual tradition at every year-end review.
