Vilai Viet Team Building 2025: Amazing Race Season 2

Closing 2025, the Vilai Viet team participated in the last company trip in Mai Chau, Hoa Binh, to participate in meaningful bonding games, improving the spirit of solidarity for 2026.

One of the core factors that contributes to the sustainable development of Vilai Viet is the people. The team that unites towards a common goal is the foundation for Vilai Viet to implement our activities. To make this happen, with the actual situation when personnel are scattered in many different localities, Vilai Viet constantly organizes internal programs, creating opportunities for personnel of projects to focus on improving collectivity and creating memorable moments together.

On December 5-6, the last trip in 2025 of the Vilai Viet team was held with the theme Team Building: Amazing Race 2. Following the meaningful team-building event in 2023, this activity follows the concept of Amazing Race with interesting team games, adding space for employees to coordinate outside the working environment.

After an enthusiastic team-building activity, the Vilai Viet team gathered in an exciting gala dinner, tightening the cohesive spirit of all the company's employees.

The trip ended with many beautiful memories, but at the same time also opened a new journey, where each member returned to the construction site and office with a more relaxed attitude, understood each other better and was ready to accompany Vilai Viet in upcoming projects. Through internal programs such as the Amazing Race, Vilai Viet hopes that each member will not only be re-energized but also feel more clearly the value of teamwork - an important foundation for us to implement activities in an efficient, safe, and sustainable way.
