The groundbreaking ceremony of Gamuda Land high-rise apartment project

Vilai Viet officially started the Design & Build project of The Ambience luxury apartment complex, marking the beginning of the first project invested by Gamuda Land in Hai Phong.

General contractor Vilai Viet has officially started the Design & Build project of The Ambience Hai Phong luxury apartment complex, invested by Gamuda Land. Attending the event were the Chairman of Gamuda Land Vietnam, General Director of Gamuda Land Vietnam – Northern Region, Chairman of the People's Committee of Le Chan Ward, the Board of Directors of Vilai Viet, and many partners.

Located in a prime location on Vo Nguyen Giap Street, opposite AEON Mall Hai Phong, the project has a total investment of up to VND 5,600 billion. The Ambience is oriented to be a green building that complies with EDGE standards, meeting the criteria of the Gamuda Green Plan. Not only is it a new step in the relationship of the two businesses but the project is also a testament to the capacity to implement large-scale green buildings of the general contractor Vilai Viet.
