Vilai Viet begins Estiva Charm Project

General contractor Vilai Viet officially organized the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Estiva Charm project, a part of Mailand Hanoi City developed by Keppel and Phu Long Real Estate.

On September 7th, general contractor Vilai Viet organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the low-rise housing project Estiva Charm, part of the Mailand Hanoi City urban area in the west of the city. Attendees included Mr. Ta Le Phuong – General Director of Estiva Charm Joint Stock Company, Board of Directors of Vilai Viet, partners, and the project execution team.

Developed by renowned investors Keppel and Phu Long, Estiva Charm aims to offer a modern, sophisticated living environment with comprehensive amenities tailored to elite clients. In this project, Vilai Viet is in charge of 109 shophouses and 01 clubhouse, with a total ground floor area of 50,000 m2. The scope of work encompasses structural construction, exterior finishing, landscaping, and M&E systems.

With an 11-month implementation schedule, Vilai Viet will continue to leverage our expertise in civil construction and work closely with all parties to ensure the quality, safety and timely completion of the project.
