Vilai Viet commenced the VSIP Casa Bonita project

Following the Casa Flora 1 project, Vilai Viet continued to be selected by VSIP Nghe An to become the construction contractor for the Casa Bonita subdivision. The groundbreaking ceremony of the project took place on August 12 with the participation of representatives of VSIP Nghe An, Vilai Viet's Board of Directors, partners and personnel. 

On August 12, 2026, Vilai Viet officially held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Casa Bonita project in VSIP Hung Nguyen Industrial, Urban and Service Park, Nghe An. Located next to the Casa Flora subdivision, this subdivision also complies with environment-friendly design and Singapore standards, with integrated facilities. The ceremony was attended by representatives of VSIP Nghe An, Vilai Viet's Board of Directors, partners and execution team members.

This is the 2nd project that Vilai Viet has cooperated with VSIP Nghe An, continuing the series of projects trusted by VSIP Vietnam since 2018. This is a testament to Vilai Viet's reputation with the Singapore general contractor, once again affirming the quality of the general contractor's execution after hundreds of apartments at VSIP Hai Phong and VSIP Bac Ninh.

In this project, Vilai Viet will implement the construction of 170 apartments on a construction area of about 50,000m2, including pile construction, reinforced concrete construction, M&E systems and exterior finishing.
