Vilai Viet celebrates 14 years of establishment

Marking 14 years of establishment, Vilai Viet joined a meaningful celebration party at the company's headquarters. Continuing towards the goal of sustainable development, Vilai Viet's new journey will have many adjustments in terms of management and improvement to build the best working environment for employees.

Vilai Viet was established on 31/07/2012. Over 14 years of operation, Vilai Viet has grown from a local contractor to a trustworthy Design & Construction general contractor for FDI clients. Since its establishment, the company has undergone many changes, both in terms of project scale, operation method, image, policies, and especially personnel. But despite going through many different stages, the core values that build Vilai Viet are always maintained. It is the spirit of enthusiasm, dedication and commitment in each job.

Turning 14 years old, Vilai Viet not only aims to continue to grow in scale, but also aims to improve the quality of operation, management and working environments for all employees. With the theme "14 years & beyond", Vilai Viet wants to send employees a vision of the future and a determined spirit to continue developing together.

During the anniversary party, the Board of Directors had sincere sharing with the staff about the next journey of Vilai Viet. As planned for YEP 2025, in 2026, Vilai Viet will coordinate with EY Vietnam to implement many adjustments in the organizational structure, management methods and performance evaluation. All upcoming changes are aimed at a common goal: to build a clearer, fairer working system and create more conditions for employees to improve their capabilities.

The party is not only an opportunity for the Vilai Viet team to look back on the achievements we got, but also an opportunity for members to better understand the future development orientation of Vilai Viet. People have been, are, and will always be one of the core factors that bring Vilai Viet to sustainable development. The Board of Directors always expects to build a working environment where each employee can develop, receive remuneration worthy of their efforts and thereby create a sustainable team with the same goal.
