Vilai Viet started construction of 296 terraced houses Casa Flora 1 project

On August 21, Vilai Viet held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Casa Flora 1 project, officially launching the general contractor’s first project in Nghe An.

General contractor Vilai Viet organized a commencement for the Construction of 296 Casa Flora 1 Terraced Houses Project on August 21st, 2025, marking an important step in the company’s market expansion into a new province. The ceremony was attended by the Board of Directors of Vilai Viet and VSIP Nghe An, representatives of subcontractors and suppliers, as well as employees from both companies.

Casa Flora 1 is part of Phase 1a of the VSIP Nghe An Township Project, developed by VSIP Vietnam. The project is envisioned as the first Singapore-style urban area in Nghe An, combining modern amenities with natural landscapes to deliver a new standard of living.

Previously, Vilai Viet served as the main contractor for several VSIP projects in Hai Phong and Bac Ninh. The 296 Casa Flora 1 terraced houses not only represent a new chapter in the long-term partnership between the two companies but also reflect the Investor’s trust in Vilai Viet’s capability and commitment.

With a total gross floor area of 58,000 m², Vilai Viet will be responsible for piling, structural works, exterior finishing, and MEP for 296 townhouses in three different design models. The project is expected to be completed within 12 months and handed over in 2026.
