Vilai Viet, as a General Contractor, has cooperated with Kinden Vietnam in many large projects since 2022. More than a simple business cooperation relationship, the two parties have a close connection based on similar sustainable corporate culture values. 

When Values Align... 

Kinden Vietnam is a famous electromechanical contractor in Vietnam. This is a member of the Japanese Kinden Group, a company with over 80 years of history and branches in the US, Dubai, Singapore, and many other countries around the world.  

In 2021, Vilai Viet had the opportunity to meet representatives of Kinden Vietnam at an industry conference. Sharing a common vision of sustainable development with a focus on human resource development, representatives of the two businesses quickly found a common voice, laying the foundation for a cooperative relationship to develop in the future.

Together for One Purpose 

In early 2022, Vilai Viet entrusted Kinden Vietnam with the MEP package for the Texhong Expert Building project in Quang Ninh. As the main contractor, Vilai Viet was responsible for masonry, finishing, interior, infrastructure, and MEP works for two residential buildings for experts. Collaborating closely with Kinden Vietnam on MEP implementation, the project left a strong impression on the investor, Texhong, paving the way for future packages.

In 2023, Vilai Viet and Kinden Vietnam continued their collaboration on the 20,000 m² ParkCity The Linc shopping mall project. As the general contractor, Vilai Viet applied BIM technology for the first time in project management, marking a significant step forward in improving construction oversight and optimizing workflow. Leveraging their extensive experience, Kinden Vietnam supported the project’s MEP works and contributed to the overall BIM model coordination, enhancing collaboration among all stakeholders. Under Vilai Viet’s leadership, the ParkCity The Linc project not only met its quality and schedule targets but also set a new benchmark for performance and execution.

In 2024, the partnership between Vilai Viet and Kinden Vietnam continues with a new project: the Design & Build package for the Fujix Electronic Vietnam Factory. Working with a Japanese investor on their first Design & Build factory, Vilai Viet partnered effectively with Kinden Vietnam and other subcontractors to optimize workflows and meet client expectations, successfully delivering an outstanding project.
