In 2025, the general contractor presents a new sustainable program that is associated directly with the company’s business operations, guaranteeing the long-lasting impact of the program.

A program to regenerate forests

In 2023, Vilai Viet organized a tree-planting event with the purpose of encouraging our employees to join hands in protecting the environment. However, we understand that it was not truly a sustainable way, as a one-off event can’t solve a long-lasting problem. To create a sustainable impact, we need a program that is persevering and includes collective effort. That’s when “Where Forest Returns” comes to the picture.

With every 1ha of gross floor area Vilai Viet builds in our project, we will donate 30 trees back to the environment. This means that our daily work, from project execution and supervision to handover, directly contributes to forest restoration and ecosystem regeneration. The more successful our company becomes, the more we contribute to society.

Join hands with the community

“Where Forest Returns” is a program that Vilai Viet collaborates with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment Media Center and the local authorities. We prioritize forests that are looked after by the locals themselves. Partnering experts advise on selecting tree species suited to the soil conditions and provide technical support for planting. This ensures that each tree is properly nurtured, grows sustainably, and delivers lasting value to the local community.
