Completion of Titan Industrial Center Dong Mai

In Q4/2025, Vilai Viet officially completed the Industrial Center Dong Mai project and proceeded with the handover to the investor Frasers Property.

Titan Industrial Centre Dong Mai is a factory project constructed by Vilai Viet as the general contractor in Quang Yen, Quang Ninh. This is a premium-style rental factory development by the renowned investor Frasers Property. Covering a total area of 71,000 m², Titan Dong Mai comprises five factory buildings, all built in compliance with LEED standards.

Commencing at the end of Q1 2024, the project was successfully completed on schedule in Q4 2024, despite the impact of Typhoon Yagi. This achievement stands as a testament to the relentless efforts of the Vilai Viet team to optimize processes, adapt to circumstances, and overcome significant challenges during construction.
