In 2025, continuing the sustainability journey initiated in 2024, Vilai Viet launched the “Where Forest Returns” program with consultation and support from the Center for Natural Resources and Environmental Communication. In direct collaboration with local communities, the number of trees planted is directly calculated from the construction area of projects completed during the year.

Unlike conventional tree-planting programs, this initiative ties Vilai Viet’s core business activities directly to the maintenance of local ecosystems. The mechanism allows the company to flexibly adjust the program’s scale in line with real-world conditions, ensuring steady and consistent implementation year after year.

Each small step contributes to a larger impact. The program not only supports sustainable livelihoods for local residents but also aims to shift mindsets, encouraging employees, clients, and partners to join hands in creating meaningful values for the environment and society.

At the same time, Vilai Viet continues to pursue green building projects and energy-efficient design solutions that meet international standards while delivering tangible benefits for clients. These efforts are embodied in projects such as the Lite-On Quang Ninh Factory Phase 01, designed and built to LEED Silver standards, and the Gamuda high-rise residential complex in Hai Phong, currently being executed in compliance with EDGE standards.

At the same time, employees are encouraged to join internal language courses and specialized training programs conducted by the Institute of Economics, broadening their perspectives and enhancing their professional skills.
