Topping out ceremony for building 03 of the Lite-On Quang Ninh Factory Phase 01

After 07 months of implementation, building 03 of the design and construction project of Lite-On Quang Ninh factory Phase 01 has officially been topped off, marking the project’s first completion milestone. 

Lite-On Quang Ninh Factory Phase 01 is one of the industrial projects for which Vilai Viet serves as the design and build contractor. Starting from March 2025, after 7 months of implementation, the project has reached its first topping-out milestone with the 03 building.

Consisting of five floors, building 03 is designated as Factory Building 2 and Auxiliary Office Area. General contractor Vilai Viet has chosen a full precast solution to deploy this building, ensuring to optimize labor and construction progress. More than 13000 precast concrete components for columns, beams, floors, and stairs have been installed with hollow core floor slabs. A large volume marks a new step in the capacity to implement industrial projects of Vilai Viet.

This first topping-out milestone of the design and construction project of Lite-On Quang Ninh Factory Phase 1 is the result of continuous efforts and close coordination between the Investor, partners, subcontractors, and the Vilai Viet team as the general contractor. This is also motivation for the whole project to continue to maintain the spirit of responsible and cohesive work, towards the goal of handing over as planned.
