Lite-On Quang Ninh Factory Project – Phase 1: Foundation Completed

The Lite-On Quang Ninh Factory Phase 1 is a project with Vilai Viet serving as the Design & Build General Contractor. After more than six months of continuous construction, the project has completed the foundation structure, paving the way for the next stages of work.

Developed by Lite-On Technology Vietnam in Amata Quang Yen Industrial Park, the project has a total investment of over USD 690 million and covers an area of 300,000 m². Its master plan consists of four major buildings integrating diverse facilities, including production workshops, office and canteen areas, laboratories, standard factory units, and a utilities complex.

As the General Contractor, Vilai Viet is responsible for the full scope of design, construction, and permitting works. In close collaboration with international partners such as Takenaka, Kinden, and Taikisha, Vilai Viet’s engineering team has worked tirelessly to achieve this milestone. As of September 2025, the entire foundation structure for the 04 main buildings and supporting areas has been completed.

Currently, the site is simultaneously progressing with precast structure installation, steel structure erection, infrastructure development, and M&E works. The Lite-On Quang Ninh Factory is expected to be completed by Q3/2026.
